In the Czech Republic we have a similar system to the East Germans for breed survey. We also use a series of letters, as well as numbers in the breed survey. The following table is a translation of a Czech "Bonitacni karta", or Survey card, and describes the various numbers and letters used to describe a particular dog. These following codes has been valid in the Czech Republic sinc the reform in 1990.
